What task 2 looks like
Sheet 1 has ten headlines (A to K, without J), sheet 2 five texts of about 85 to 100 words each. Exactly one headline fits each text, and five are left over.
The texts are very different: a study, a service notice, a brochure, a report, from Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Some headlines are in CAPITAL LETTERS. That’s just newspaper style, not a clue.
Every text has a twin: a wrong headline on the same topic, built from a few recipes. The whole task is worth 5 of the 20 Lesen points. Our advice: allow about 20 minutes.
