Gemeinsam etwas planen
You plan something together: you go through the points on the sheet, make suggestions, respond to each other and agree.
Counts toward the oral exam: 75 points, pass mark 45.
You plan with your partner point by point: you make suggestions with a reason, react, say no politely with an alternative, bring in an idea of your own and sum up the plan at the end.

What your sheet looks like
The sheet has a situation and your notes: about five short questions on what you need to organise. Your partner has the same sheet. If you're taking the exam on your own, the examiner plans with you.
You already have the sheet during the 10 minutes of preparation. Write down an idea for each point: you can use your notes in the conversation.
- Wann? Wie lange?
- Wie erfahren die Nachbarn davon?
- Was darf man mitbringen?
- …?
