Worth up to 25 of the 225 points of the written exam. The parts are added up, pass mark 135.
For each question, you find the place in the text and choose the answer that says the same thing in other words, even when another answer has more words from the text.

What task 2 looks like
A longer newspaper article with a headline, often with a subtitle and a source. Plus a solved example and five questions, numbers 6 to 10, with A, B and C. Only one answer is right, and you tick exactly one per question.
You have about 35 minutes for it, and each correct answer earns 5 points. The questions usually follow the order of the text.
